*** IF YOU RESERVED SITES 1, 2 OR 3, THE FINAL TERM AND CONDITION BELOW PERTAINS SPECIFICALLY TO YOU ***

CANCELLATIONS — 14-day notice for a deposit refund (less $20 cancellation fee). No refunds for early departures. No shows and cancellations made day of arrival are responsible for all nights reserved.

ONLY ONE CAMPING UNIT IS ALLOWED PER SITE – No additional tents permitted.  

NO EV CHARGING ALLOWED — Guests with electric vehicles will be subject to $20/day fee for EV charging and will be responsible for $1500 replacement cost of any damage to electrical pedestals due to EV charging. Ask one of our staff members for locations of EV charging stations in the area. 

NO CAR CAMPING ALLOWED — If your camping unit does not match what is on your reservation, you will be asked to find other accommodations at a different facility. 

MAXIMUM OF 4 ADULTS PER CAMPING UNIT / SITE

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES:

  • Check in time is 1:00pm

  • Check out time is noon

MONTHLY GUESTS

  • Rates are for two people. Additional guests must register in the office and provide any required overnight fees.

  • Sites are to be used by registered guests only

  • Early departures from a monthly or seasonal stay will be adjusted to the daily rate

  • No mats on the grass areas

FIREWOOD MUST BE PURCHASED LOCALLY OR AT THE OFFICE. Cutting, chopping or bark peeling of trees and branches is not permitted. Hatchets, axes and saws are not allowed in our woods. 

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR PROPERTY AND GROUNDS. NO NAILS OR SCREWS ARE PERMITTED IN OUR TREES!

SPEED LIMIT 5 MILES PER HOUR — violation of this rule will result in eviction.

GARBAGE — discard all types of garbage; including grease, sanitary napkins, coffee grounds and cigarette butts in the provided garbage cans at each site.

UNLICENSED MOTORIZED BIKES, cycles, golf carts, ORV’s, etc. are not permitted to be ridden on the grounds.

CHILDREN must be supervised by their parents at all times while on the campground.

ONE CAR PERMITTED PER SITE — others will be parked in spots designated by management.

HY-LAND COURT LIABILITY — owner and management absolve themselves from liability or responsibility of loss by fire, theft, accident or any cause.

VISITORS MUST REGISTER — anyone who is not part of your camping unit must stop at the office to register. There is an extra charge for overnight stays.

WATER must be taken from designated spigots, not restrooms. Do not wash dishes in the restrooms.

GENERATORS are not permitted.

NO FIREWORKS.

VIOLATION OF LAW or ordinance of this (city, village, town, county or state) will not be tolerated. The owners or management of Hy-Land Court will not be responsible for any such act committed.

QUIET HOURS are at all times. Absolute silence after 10:00 PM. Music, singing, talking, laughter or any noise must be kept to a level that can only be heard on your site - not your neighbors.

PETS — We love all kinds of animals, but only domestic pets, like cats and dogs, are allowed at Hy-land Court.

  • Pets must be on a leash at all times.

  • You must clean up after your pet.

  • Pets should be walked in designated areas and must be kept under control at all times.

  • Pets should not be left unattended or tied up outside.

  • Pets must be taken with you when you leave.

  • No excessive noise, barking, disruptive or aggressive behavior allowed within your site or to other guests.

  • If your pet is deemed dangerous, harmful or disruptive, campground management will require you to find other accommodations without a refund.

  • Hy-land Court reserves the right to contact Animal Control to have a pet removed.

  • Pets are not permitted in public buildings including the shower and laundry buildings.

  • Owners are responsible and liable for their pets at all times.

CAMPFIRES need to be extinguished by midnight.

  • Never leave a fire unattended.

  • Do not burn garbage in fire pits.

  • Do not move fire pits.

FOR RESERVATIONS IN SITES 1, 2 AND 3 ONLY:

  • THESE SITES ARE DRIVE IN SITES AND ARE RESERVED FOR CLASS A, CLASS B AND CLASS C MOTORHOMES ONLY. IF YOU ARRIVE AT THE CAMPGROUND WITH A TOWABLE RV (TRAVEL TRAILER, FIFTH WHEEL, ETC) AND YOU HAVE RESERVED ANY OF THESE SITES, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED. IF A SUITABLE PULL THROUGH OR BACK IN SITE IS AVAILABLE, YOU MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO THAT SITE (SPACE PERMITTING).
